Anne Chambers, Director

Anne’s career in the Body Corporate industry commenced in Newcastle in 1990 working initially in a multi tasked Real Estate office and later as one of two inaugural members of Lake Group Strata, now a leading body corporate management company in that region, where she was assigned the task of office establishment and business development.

A further five years experience in a senior leadership position with an inner city Body Corporate firm managing a variety of commercial, light industrial and residential schemes cemented her knowledge of QLD legislation.

Anne has a “on the job” knowledge of the accountancy, budgeting and management requirements of bodies corporate coupled with a good working knowledge of the BCCM Act gained over considerable time in the industry which she employs using a commonsense approach.

In the corporate world, Anne has earned a reputation for honesty, integrity and expertise married with a friendly “down to earth” approach to management.

Anne’s key areas of expertise are in body corporate and financial management, and she continues to strive for ways to improve the service Strata Vision provides.

Rod Chandler, Director

A graduate of the Officer Cadet School at Portsea, Victoria and becoming a Commissioned Officer in the Australian Regular Army where he served in many command and staff appointments for 20 years retiring at the rank of Major.

Since leaving the Army Rod successfully ran two small businesses and also acquired a diploma in Real Estate. From 1998 to 2005 Rod specialized in Facility Management managing a mixture of residential, commercial and industrial complexes which involved the co-ordination of detailed maintenance issues. During this time Rod became proficient in the preparation of Sinking Fund Forecasts for a variety of scheme from duplexes to very large schemes. Rod is also a qualified and practicing Workplace Health and Safety Officer.

More recently Rod completed the newly introduced National Certificate IV course for Body Corporate Managers and is now a practicing Body Corporate Manager. A combination of experience and acquired skills makes him ideally suited to the Body Corporate Industry.

Expertise

10 years experience in Facilities Management, specialising in the preparation of Sinking Fund Forecasts and Workplace Health and Safety audits are the lynchpins to Rods key areas of expertise.

Sheree Lawrie, Body Corporate Manager

Sheree’s defence force background has equipped her with the disciplines necessary to manage the administrative side of the business and her structured approach ensures legislative deadlines are met.

Having served five years in the Royal Australian Navy as a communications specialist, Sheree took a voluntary discharge to pursue a career in the private sector and her dedication to self improvement is evidenced by her application to further study which has consolidated her above average computing and administration skills.

Excellent communication skills  and a proficiency in Microsoft Office software gained through a variety of administration roles coupled with a highly developed sense of personal responsibility makes Sheree ideally suited to body corporate administration.

An enthusiastic self motivated team player with excellent keyboard skills, fully competent in Windows 98 – XP, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Email and many other software applications.
